Before establishing Tesu Law, Raghav worked at firms like Parekh & Co. and Trilegal. With over 8 years of practice, Raghav is experienced in civil and commercial litigation, along with high value contractual disputes and arbitration. During his career, he has appeared in several high profile matters before Constitution Benches of the Supreme Court, including, but not limited to, the Sabarimala Temple Review Petition, the challenge to National Entrance cum Eligibility Test, the challenge to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016, and the challenge to the RBI circular on stressed assets. He also frequently represents startups and investors in debt and equity transactions, and advises and acts for their businesses, helping companies navigate complex regulations and high-stakes negotiations.
Pranav joined Trilegal after graduating from NUJS, and worked there for over 6 years before establishing Tesu Law. Pranav specialises in drafting and negotiating high value contracts, particularly in heavily-regulated sectors. He is also experienced in in civil and commercial litigation, and frequently advises clients on the impact of court rulings on their businesses. Alongside his work at Tesu Law, he is currently working with the World Bank on several of their projects.
